I never ordered from you before, should I be concerned about the experience and getting my items?

Not at all! We strive to give you the best customer service and shopping experience. You can chat box us, email us, even call us if you wish. We are here to help and make sure you come back again, and recommend us to your friends.

We offer hassle free shopping and hassle free returns. Anything we can do to accommodate you - feel free to ask!  : ) 

Will I be able to find the same items in your store for a lot less somewhere else?

We have the best prices for the best quality items that we carry. We don't sell for less anywhere else. If you find the same item for less anywhere else, please contact us so we may match the price before purchase.

 How much do you charge for taxes?

Taxes vary depending on where you live but we try our best to already incorporate the tax into the item price when possible. 

What is your return policy? 

Our return policy allows you to make any returns within a 14 day period - unless the item page states a 30 day return period. This is due to a few of our designers only accept 14 days for returns, while with our own items we accept 30 days. Please contact us first to arrange returns to our nearest facility.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and be unworn.

How do I check my order status?

Please contact us if your order is taking longer than it should. 

How long does delivery usually take?

"Best sellers" only take about 3-4 days to arrive to you (within the U.S.) since we have them on fast track and ship them out on a daily basis. 

Most other items will take 2-3 weeks. Please allow enough time for delivery but contact us soon after 3 weeks if your order has not been delivered. Rest assure our customer service will deliver. 

If your order has not arrived after 3-4 weeks please contact us. 

Do you do international delivery?

We do! We ship worldwide. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions on shipping to your area. 

I've placed multiple orders recently - can they be combined into one package?

Since we do have different facilities and distributors you might get all of your orders in different packages. Don't worry if you don't get all of your packages at once, they will get to you! 

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size/variant and/or the wrong shipping address. Can this be changed? 

Contact us as soon as possible to see how we can best help you. We process orders quickly so it might already be in transit but you are welcome to inquire about any questions you may have. 

Is all of my personal information secured? 

Clairvoyancy.co adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. That is why we have chosen to use Shopify.com as our platform partner - to deliver the highest level of security for all of your personal information. 

The Shopify system's rigid credit card security handles all of your information, and is never seen within Clairvoyancy. We do not have access to any of your personal information, other than what is needed to deliver your order, such as your name and shipping address. 

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the best internet processing systems. 

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored. 

We do have your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter but you may unsubscribe from it any time by simply clicking the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any email/newsletter.
